Lock and unlock transactions and commission periods
Individual or batches of transactions can now be locked and unlocked directly from the transactions table.
You can now lock and unlock commission periods in a compensation plan.
Add payees in transactions
You can now add new payees and view detailed information for each in the Payees section of Transactions.
Mass edit transactions
Improvements were made to the transactions table that allow mass editing.
Role-based commissions
You can now have plans with different compensation periods and rules by eligible roles.
New filtering on the transaction table
Expanded transaction criteria so you can now filter by roles and additional attributes.

The Transaction table now defaults to display more relevant fields.

Save reports
You can now edit, save, save as individual reports to folders within the reports module independent of dashboards.
Report folders were updated to allow different data source types (Segments, Teams, Products) within the same folder.
Targets (v2) upgrades
Targets (v2) was integrated into coverage workflows, you can now populate and use them within coverage workflows.
GTM chart report types can now access all targets (legacy and v2).
Distribution for top down targets was simplified for stability and reliability.
You can now adjust target numbers for annual, quarterly, or monthly targets.
You can import an export scaler targets.
Teams module updates
The Teams module was updated to the new UI.
New metric type
A new metric type has been added to the formula builder where you can pull territory targets based on a specific person or coverage assignments.
You can also pull territory metrics that pivot on a person in the coverage assignment.
Holdout policy updates
You can now apply exempt opportunities in holdout policies where any opportunities that meet the requirements will be exempt from the holdout.
The Current and Outgoing Owner must match option was also moved to the Exempt Opportunities section. When you toggle it on, any open opportunity that the current owner of the account doesn’t own will be exempt from the holdout.
You can now set restrictions to limit the number of open opportunities a representative can hold and sort that restriction by a specific metric.
Participant selection period gives representatives a set number of days to select which open opportunities they want to keep before the holdout policy is applied.
You can now create an opportunity team member and tag a field on the opportunity.
You can now create opportunity splits when a holdout starts, expires, or an open opportunity is transferred.

You can now manually edit custom fields and add or remove payees directly in the Transactions table of a crediting rule.
Multiple currency import
You can now import multiple currencies from your CRM to Fullcast.

In the commissions ledger, commissionable amount converts the currency the deal was made in to the corporate value.
New calculated fields and lookup fields in crediting rules
You can now add calculated fields and reference lookup fields in a crediting rule which are used in commission formulas and qualification criteria.
Commissions module updates
All targets (legacy and v2) are now available for commission quotas.
Performance was improved on transaction tables for running crediting rules when there is no filtering criteria to prevent time out issues.
Color coding on variables and formulas in compensation plans was added to enhance visibility and user experience.
Opportunity Field and Formula Reference were added as radio button options for the commission source in compensation plan component criteria.
Chain formulas in compensation plans
When you create and save individual formulas within a compensation plan, you can now reference those formulas and chain them together to create new, more complex formulas, to streamline calculation logic.

Fullcast AI Assistant upgrade
Support for Cursor has been added to connect to the MCP server.
You can now use the workflow agent in the Fullcast assistant to move people, products, and accounts within Fullcast.
An interpreter has been added to provide context and troubleshooting steps for audit log events and failed job error trace details.
Targets update
You can now import and export team targets.
The UI was improved for a more consistent and efficient user experience.
Reports filtering capabilities
Record-level and user-context filtering has been added to dashboards for more granular report views.
Fullcast Pay custom tables for commissions
You can now create and add custom tables for commissions.
End coverage workflow and offboard employee updates
You can now select Assign TBR as a coverage option when you end coverage for an assignment which does not require a temporary assignee.
You can now off-board employees directly from Teams.
New HRIS integration
You can now integrate your HRIS to Fullcast for employee management.

Targets (v2) is a complete revamp to the entire Targets module and is available as an early access feature.
You can mass edit selected targets—add filter criteria to Find specific targets to edit simultaneously.
Changes to targets remain in a proposed (draft) state until committed.
Committed changes to targets are recorded in the audit log.

Reports folders and dashboards redesign
The folders and dashboard menus were redesigned for easier navigation.
Shareable links were added that redirect you to specific territories, if you have access.
New territory planning draft mode
Territory planning now has a draft mode that you manually turn on where you can experiment without impacting live data.
Confirmation requirement window was updated with a single button click and no longer requires you to type
CONFIRM.
The Terminate Employee workflow was replaced with the End Coverage workflow.
When you select to End Coverage for a person, the workflow displays all assignments and targets for you to select actions on for that person.
A confirmation requirement was also added as an additional layer of protection against accidental changes.
Delete assignments option changes
If a coverage assignment has exported, the option to delete the assignment is not available to prevent orphaned account teams in the CRM.
Custom schedule profile templates in Targets
You can now create and use your own schedule profiles in your target configuration and in scenario planning.
You can define schedules for monthly or quarterly.
A Manual Schedule for monthly calculations is available as a predefined template.
Prorated ramp profiles
You can now create prorated ramp profiles based on days worked in a month.

Dashboard control updates
A new Edit Layout option has been added to the action menu in the reports dashboard. The edit layout opens a view on the dashboard that allows you to organize and resize report widgets without impacting metrics.
Self-service ETL connection
The ETL connection setup with Salesforce is now an automated process.
Font changes in the UI
The font styling in Fullcast has been updated to match Fullcast branding.
Side panel updates
The side panel has been redesigned for better usability.
If name of a node is too long to fully display in the side panel, you can hover over the side panel to automatically expand the panel to display the full name.
You can now also collapse the side panel when not in use.

View menu updates
When you select Change View in Territories, Teams, and Products, you can now scroll through more than 30 view options.
Created view options no longer display who created the view.
You can also save, change, and update views.
Default for Assignment end date
The Assignment default for the end date was updated so it defaults to the final day of the configured fiscal year instead of December 31 of the calendar year.

You can now configure SAML SSO for your Fullcast instance.
SCIM for SSO is also enabled so users removed from and added to the SSO are automatically synched with Fullcast.
You now have the ability to turn on and try out the Fullcast AI assistant.
Chat with the assistant who will provide contextual information based on available support documentation.

Improved overall user experience by changing the user interface for the territory map:
Updated the color scheme for improved visibility and readability.
Territory balancer was moved from the top of the screen to the bottom and the search bar was enlarged for better accessibility.
Actions options were changed to a drop-down menu.
Users’ licenses are no longer automatically activated and the unlicensed node in teams has been deprecated.
License report
Tenant Settings now has a Licenses section which displays your total purchased licenses and total number of licensed users in your Fullcast instance.
You can also download a report that provides details on each user and their license use in Fullcast.
Performance improvements
You no longer have to wait 20 minutes to create metrics and enable fields for Territory Hierarchy. Caching was improved so metric creation and field enablement are ready for immediate use.

Added note-taking functionality for targets and accounts allows users to record important information and add context:
Attach notes to the target’s total or individual sections.
Search for notes within the target’s hierarchy.
Add account notes next to the appropriate account from the toolbar.
Add title, description, and assign the note to users for both targets and accounts.
New notes display in a thread for easier review.
Mark notes as resolved, assign to a user, or edit the note from the menu.
Access to notes respects existing permissions.
The new add notes permission enables contributions even with read-only access.
Notes can be audited for tracking purposes.
Notes are not duplicated when cloning plans or targets.
Notifications can be sent to admins or managers.
Enhanced filtering capabilities for coverage assignments
Filter to exclude non-inherited assignments to isolate directly assigned coverage.
Apply multiple role filters to refine your view to specific role coverages.
