Capacity planning

    • Impact: Various calculations, including effective headcount, targets, capacity planning, and reporting.

  • Existing customers will have the end of the month as the default cutoff date, while users can specify a custom date in the updated user interface.

Default targets and ramp

  • Centralized default targets and ramp profiles allows for the creation and management of these settings independently of specific roles, making the role-creation process more efficient.

Co-pilot new hire policy

  • The New Hire Policy is designed to streamline and automate your team's onboarding process:

    • Automated detection: Automatically detects when a team member is added through an import event. If a team member is relocated within a team, Co-Pilot identifies this via a move/team operations action.

    • Effective date management: The effective date of the new hire is set based on when the event occurs.

    • Confirm the To Be Hired (TBH) process: Co-Pilot searches for TBH positions under the same manager with matching attributes. If multiple TBHs match, Co-Pilot selects the one with the earliest start date to ensure a smooth transition.

    • Assignment to unassigned territory: If no TBHs are found, Co-Pilot looks for unassigned territories that fit the role/type criteria and automatically assigns the new hire to the role. It prioritizes territories by the earliest date to ensure optimal assignment.

People search

Note:

Only available for managed package 2.184 and above.

  • The people search update enhances policy management by identifying policies. Key features of the people search update include:

    • Search filter: A new search filter has been added to the policies list page, allowing you to find all policies that directly reference a specific person.

    • Person detail page: A new tab on the person details page displays all policies where the user is specifically referenced.

    • Workflows: Termination workflows have been updated to ensure that when a user is terminated, any policies referencing that user are updated or removed accordingly. Additionally, Co-Pilot workflows now automatically address policies involving referenced users.

    • Licensing: Licensing operations now check if a user is referenced in any policies for specific users, returning policy IDs, their status, and the fields where the user is referenced.

Holdout policy enhancements

Friction-free Salesforce managed package

  • The friction-free Salesforce managed package migrates policy configuration away from dedicated fields on standard Salesforce objects (such as accounts, opportunities, leads) to avoid impacting your organization's limits. This release deprecated these fields and introduces the following options:

    • Custom metadata type: Provides a dedicated and flexible space for your policy settings.

    • Policy object: Allows direct association of configuration data with individual policies themselves.

For more information on deprecated fields, refer to Package 2.180 Release Notes.

      Note

      • The configurable fields for each policy can be selected either on the respective policy page or set up in custom metadata types provided by Fullcast.

      • The next release will require customers to use their custom fields instead of the deprecated fields.
