Tenant admins can access and update settings to customize the GTM plan in Fullcast. Refer to the following table for a description of each settings tab in Fullcast, common tasks, and links to associated documentation.

Plans

  • Set data filters for record import at the plan level.

    For example, if you only want to import prospect accounts into your territory plan and exclude customer accounts.

  • Configure auto-rerun rules.

    For example, if you want to set a process for automatically re-running rules on unassigned nodes in a plan.

  • Enable a plan for export.

  • Duplicate a plan.

Jobs

  • Review job status indicators and notes to troubleshoot issues.

    For example, if a job failed or had errors.

  • Understand types of imports and export settings, schedule jobs, and conduct ad hoc jobs.

Users

  • Add new users, configure user access levels, assign Tenant Admin status.

  • Block or delete inactive users.

Audit

  • Review activity audit logs for troubleshooting or compliance purposes.

    For example, you want to see who last committed changes or when someone last logged in.

Documentation

  • Create metrics to track KPIs and leverage in territory balancing rules

  • Review inputs for existing metrics.

    For example, if you have a metric for Number of Tier A Accounts and you want to confirm which CRM field is being used in the metric.

Tenant Settings

  • Determine which fields will be available to search for people to assign coverage.

    For example, you could include name fields as well as a manager field to facilitate search.

  • Configure tenant defaults for how data displays in the table.

Entities & Fields

  • Create or edit fields for specific entities.

  • Configure address mappings for hierarchical data.

  • Manage participation in account and opportunity hierarchies.

Policies

  • Establish the Connected App settings.

Export-Import

  • Manage batch sizes and error rates for smoother processing.
