Edit or delete entities in Fullcast.
Go to Settings > Entities & Fields.
From the Entity dropdown, select the entity you want to manage.
Complete the following as needed:
When you edit an entity you can only add or remove filters to import records related to that entity that match the filter.
Click Edit Entity.

Use the filter builder to create or remove filters on the related records that are imported.
For example, if your GTM design designates separate plans for prospects and partners, you can exclude partner accounts from the data imported into your sales plan.
Note
Only records that match the criteria will be imported.
If you modify the filter criteria, it replaces existing matching records with those that meet the new conditions.
If you delete all criteria, it will trigger a full import.
Partial imports only update existing records and fields.

Note
Updates to filters will not apply until you run a full import job.
Click Save.
You can only delete entities that are not part of the initial standard integration configuration.
Click Delete Entity.
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
Warning
Once you confirm, the entity and related records will be removed from Fullcast with the next import job. This action cannot be undone.
