Create entities in Fullcast

Create entities in Fullcast for planning, including territories, assignments, targets, and metrics.  Entities are the core objects that Fullcast manages, allowing for complex relationships and rules to be applied.

Create a new entity

1. Go to Settings > Entities & Fields.

2. Click New Entity.

   

3. Complete the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Name	Type a name for entity—no spaces and only the following characters allowed: 0-9, a-z , A-Z , $ , and _.
   Connection Type	From the dropdown, select the applicable connection type.
   Connection Name	From the dropdown, select the applicable connection name.
   Table Name	From the dropdown, select the applicable table name.

4. Click Next.

5. In the Entity Information window, click Confirm.

6. Click Save.
