Fullcast has an automated data import and export process that is managed within the application. From the Export-Import tab in the Settings you can specify fields for import and export, monitor job statuses and details, and review error files generated during the process.
There are two distinct packages that facilitate data exchange between Fullcast and your CRM:
Standard package: The standard package includes comprehensive CRUD capabilities for both fields and entities. Users with version 2.160 and above are eligible to access the standard package and manage data within the system.
Custom package: This package solely offers update capabilities. Versions below 2.160 are considered custom packages.
The Export-Import Settings in Fullcast provide controls over connections between Fullcast and your other system. These settings are organized into three tabs: Connection, Export, and Error.

Export
The Export tab allows you to configure settings that impact the performance and reliability of your data exports. Fullcast export jobs are conducted in phases and each phase can be adjusted individually.
Max error rate
The Max error rate indicates how many errors can occur in a given job phase before the job will be stopped.
Batch size
The Batch size determines how many records are included in a single API request during an export. For example, if you are exporting 50,000 account team updates and the batch size is set to 10,000, the export will be processed in 5 separate batches.
Adjusting the batch size can be useful for troubleshooting. Lowering the batch size can sometimes help with processing errors, but it can also slow down the export and increase the number of API calls for large jobs. Our support team may work with you to adjust these settings based on your needs.
Default settings
The following are the default settings for max error rate and batch size for each phase:
Export job phase | Max error rate | Batch size |
|---|---|---|
Cleanup_Salesforce | 20000 | 10000 |
GTM_Hierarchy | 20000 | 10000 |
GTM_Member_Update | 7000 | 10000 |
Account_Team_Update | 6000 | 10000 |
GTM_Industry_Update | 5000 | 10000 |
Error
Displays errors with any of the connections such as:

Notification of required updates due to field deletions on the customer side.
Suggestions to rerun a job with adjusted parameters (limited record count, smaller batch size, higher error threshold) in cases of frequent errors, to ensure a successful job completion.
Alerts for connection failures due to revoked access.
For errors to specific jobs, refer to the Job status.
