Add Revenue Intelligence to Salesforce Communities Object Page Layouts

Requirements: Ebsta needs to have been installed & connected to Salesforce: 

Install Ebsta into Salesforce

Note: To add Ebsta's front-end component to Leads and/or Opportunities you need to create a new specific object page for them. Please follow these steps: 

Add Ebsta to Salesforce Communities Lead & Opportunity Page Layouts

1. Go to your Community Workspace and log in.
2. Go to My Workspaces > Builder.
   
3. Click the down arrow in the top left and select the object you wish to add Ebsta to e.g. for a Contact you would click Contact detail.
   
4. From the Components dropdown menu, select Visualforce Page and drag and drop it into the page layout where you want the Ebsta's panel to display.
   
5. Click Publish to make the Page Layout available to users.
   
6. Repeat this above process for other desired Objects.   To add Ebsta to a Lead or Opportunity page layout please follow the steps below instead.

Add Ebsta to Salesforce Communities Lead & Opportunity Page Layouts

1. Go to your Community Workspace and log in.
2. Go to My Workspaces > Builder.

1. Click New Page > Object Pages
   
2. Select Opportunity (or Lead) from the list and then click Create.
3. From the Components dropdown menu, select Visualforce Page and drag and drop it into the page layout where you want the Ebsta's panel to display.
4. Click Publish to make the Page Layout available to users.
