Why do I get a 'can't display this page because your browser blocks cross-domain cookies' message?

This message will appear in the Ebsta window if you do not have Cookies enabled in Chrome.  

1. Click the more actions button in the top right-hand corner of Chrome and select Settings.

2. Click Privacy and security.

3. Click Cookies and other site data.

4. Check Block third-party cookies in Incognito
