These fields are generated by Fullcast rather than imported from your CRM, and they appear only in the territory grid. Add them from the Column Chooser. They describe where an account sits in your hierarchy and what's changed about it inside Fullcast.
Staged changes and moves
These populate when a change (such as a move) has been proposed but not yet committed.
Field | What it means |
|---|---|
From Node | The hierarchy node the account is moving out of in a staged move. |
To Node | The hierarchy node the account is proposed to move into. |
Proposed Change | A description of the change staged on the account before it's committed. |
Proposed By | The user who staged the proposed change. |
Proposed On | The date and time the change was proposed. |
Committed On | The date and time the change was committed and made final. |
Proposed Add / Proposed Delete | Flags indicating the account is proposed to be added to, or removed from, a node. |
Hierarchy placement
Where the account currently sits in the territory hierarchy.
Field | What it means |
|---|---|
Current Node | The hierarchy node the account currently sits in. |
Current Node Id | The unique identifier of the current node. |
Level 1 – Level 15 | The account's path down the territory hierarchy, one column per level from the top of the tree down (up to 15 levels). |
Fullcast Ultimate Parent Id | Fullcast's identifier for the top-most parent in the account family. |
Named Type | Whether the account is designated a named account or named exception in Fullcast. |
Fullcast record stamps
When and by whom the record changed inside Fullcast — separate from your CRM's own values.
Field | What it means |
|---|---|
Created / Created By | When the record was created in Fullcast, and by whom. |
Modified / Modified By | When the record was last changed in Fullcast, and by whom. This is Fullcast's own timestamp — not your CRM's Last Modified date — and Fullcast uses it to decide what to export. |
Notes | Free-form notes users add to an account within Fullcast. Add or view them with the Notes action on the grid. |
