The Org Chart can be used to visualize your sales team's hierarchy built using the Team Designer. Here, you can view and group your people across different dimensions.

Chart: This visual representation of your organization provides you with additional options to adjust the fiscal year or remove the chart.
Create a Chart: This button allows you to create charts for your org.
Actions Menu: Provides additional options to create a chart, view audit logs, or change view.
Tools Menu: These options allow you to refresh the org chart, edit the org chart, download the org chart, and adjust the reporting fiscal year.
Search Bar: Allows you to search your org chart for specific users.
Org Chart: Visual representation of your organization’s structure.
To create an Org Chart:
Access your Fullcast instance and switch to the appropriate plan.
Click Organization Chart on the Teams tile.
Click the pencil icon to edit an existing chart.

Drag and drop dimensions into the fields provided.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Unique ID | Refers to the people deepest within the team hierarchy (e.g., Name, ID). |
Parent Unique ID | Refers to the person one level higher in the team hierarchy (e.g., Manager). |
Name | Refers to the names of your team members. |
Orientation | Refers to the chart’s orientation style which could be top, bottom, right, left, top-left, bottom-left, right-top, or left-top. |
Caption | Refers to a brief caption under each person’s tab in the org chart (e.g., job title, email, AE region). |
Metrics | Refers to metrics. |
Select Plot when you are done with configuring the Org Chart Builder.
