Users can understand the status of the policy after its execution in the Salesforce environment by selecting the Fullcast Policy Status tab. But to view the Policy Status in a standard format it is imperative to set up the Object Manager for the policy status page. To configure the Object manager for policy status, follow the below steps:
In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Fullcast Policy Status.

From the details section select Lightning Record Pages.
Select new on the left side of the record page section.
In the new page, select Record Page and click Next.

Give a label for the Object that you are going to set up.
Select Fullcast Policy Status for the Object section. Click Next.
Select Clone Salesforce Default page on the next screen that appears. Select Finish.

From the components section on the left, scroll down and select Policy Status comments from the category Custom - Managed or search for Policy status comments.

Drag and drop this section in the place where you would like to see it. You can remove the other details tab that are available or retain it according to your wish.
After placing the comments section, select save.
In the acknowledgement screen that pops up click on activate if you would wish to immediately make the page visible for the users. You can activate it later also with the help of the activation button available near save.
After clicking Activate, in the page Activation page that pops up, select Assign as Org Default.

In the Assign Form Factor page that opens up, select the option that you prefer to have your Org page available for. The default option is Desktop.

In the next screen review your assignment and save.
The Object Manager for your Policy status page is now all set.
