Manage Notes in Fullcast

To Add Notes to an Account:

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch to the appropriate plan.

  2. Click Manage Accounts on the Territories tile. 

  3. Click the checkbox to the left of the account you want to add notes to. 

  4. Click the notes icon (chat bubbles) in the action bar. 

  5. Complete the notes as applicable and click Confirm to save the note.

A clickable note icon appears beside the account.

Alternatively, click Delete to remove notes from the selected record(s).

Once saved, the note icon will appear next to the record you applied it to. If you select the icon, you can view the contents of the note.  You may also add the Notes field to the grid to make it easier to view all notes at once.

To add notes to a target:

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch to the appropriate plan.

  2. Click Manage Targets on the Territories tile.

  3. Click the three-dot menu on the appropriate target and select View Details/Edit.

  4. Click the notes icon (chat box) to add a note.

  5. Click Save Note.

To remove or update the note, click the note and select the appropriate option: Delete Note, Exit, or Edit Note.

To add notes to team targets:

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch to the appropriate plan.

  2. Click Manage Team Targets on the Teams tile.

  3. Click the three-dot menu to the appropriate target tile and select View Details/Edit.

  4. Click the notes icon (chat box) to add a note.

  5. Click Save.

To remove or update the note, click the note and select the appropriate option: Delete Note, Exit, or Edit Note.
