Requirements: Ebsta's managed package needs to be installed by a Salesforce Admin & deployed to relevant Page Layouts.
Follow these steps to connect your mailbox to Ebsta and begin a sync of emails that will display against records in Salesforce.
- Open a record where Ebsta has been added to the Object's Page Layout e.g. Account record and scroll to the Ebsta window.
- Check the box to agree to terms and conditions and click Sign in with Salesforce.
- Select the mailbox type you wish to connect to Ebsta.
- Sign in with your mailbox username and password.
- Your mailbox will now be connected to Ebsta. Click the down arrow next to your user name in the top right-hand corner of Ebsta.
The connected mailbox will be displayed here.
- To connect additional mailboxes, click Connect Email Account in the dropdown menu and then repeat steps 3 & 4 above.
