Before users can access the Fullcast AI assistant, model context protocol (MCP) integrations, or AI-assisted audit log analysis, a Tenant Admin must enable AI features in Application Settings.
Before you begin
Tenant Admin permission is required to enable AI features
Steps to enable AI features
The AI & Agents tab holds two independent settings. Enable AI Assistant Features covers the in-app assistant and audit log analysis; Enable MCP Access covers connecting external AI clients through the MCP. Turn on whichever your tenant needs — they do not depend on each other.
Go to Settings > Application Settings > AI & Agents.

In the MCP Access section, toggle Enable MCP Access on.
Enabling the toggle activates the following feature for your tenant:
MCP server access — connects external AI clients to Fullcast data. Any AI client that supports remote MCP servers can connect.
Click Save.
