Interpret audit log events and error traces

Use the Fullcast AI Assistant to interpret audit log events, provide job error traces, and provide troubleshooting steps.

Before you begin

• The Fullcast AI Assistant must be enabled. See Enable AI features.

Interpret audit log events

Access the assistant directly from the audit log to get a detailed explanation of an individual event and troubleshooting steps for failed events.

1. Log in to Fullcast.

2. Go to Settings > Audit Logs > Logs.

3. 

   

4. Next to an audit event you want more information on, click Explain this log.

   

Interpret error trace details

Access the assistant directly from failed jobs to get a detailed explanation of the error trace and troubleshooting steps.

1. Log in to Fullcast.

2. Go to Settings > Job Management > Job Status.

   

3. Find the failed job you want to research.

4. Click View.

   

5. Next to Show Detailed Error Trace, click Explain this Error Trace.
