Use workflow agent mode

Use workflow agent mode to quickly move people, products, and accounts within Fullcast from the assistant chat window.

Switch to workflow agent mode

  1. Log in to Fullcast.

  2. Click the Fullcast support option in the top user management menu.

  3. The first time you use the Fullcast assistant, a disclaimer will display, click Accept.

  4. In the response field, click add + .

  5. Select Workflow Agent Mode.

    Click the add button and select Workflow Agent Mode.

  6. Type your requests in the response field.
