Troubleshoot mass update or clone assignments error

If there is an error updating or cloning assignments, an error icon temporarily displays:

assignments.massUpdate error icon and displayed message when you hover-over icon.

  1. Go to Settings > Audit > Logs.

  2. Find the appropriate audit log entry with the following information:

    Location of error message in Settings > Audit > Logs.

    Error

    Timestamp

    Event

    User Name

    Status

    Mass update error

    Date and time you received the error.

    assignments.massUpdate

    your username

    failed

    Clone assignment error

    Date and time you received the error.

    assignments.clone

    your username

    failed

  3. Use audit log interpreter to help troubleshoot the error.
