Organize records based on a specific data in a specific field. This means all the records with that data will be assigned to the same territory.
Add group by field value criteria
In the Balancing Criteria field, click Add Criteria.
Select Group by field value.
From the Select Field dropdown, select the field you want to group by.
Optional. Click Create Criteria and use the filter builder to add conditions that filters the criteria included in the territory balancing.
Complete the remaining sections for Smart Plan.
Click Save & Exit.

Scenario: A node, Spain, is divided into three territories where you want all accounts with the shipping city as Madrid grouped in one territory.
