To ensure the Fullcast platform functions correctly, the following permissions must be assigned, at minimum, to the relevant user or integration profile. The permissions are broken down by functionality: Import, Motion (for automated policies, such as routing), and Export.
Access permission sets in Salesforce
If you run into issues with import or accessing data, view the permission sets in Salesforce and compare them to the spreadsheet for the minimum required permission sets.
In Salesforce, go to Setup > Users > Permission Sets.
Find the permission sets you want to view:
Fullcast Export Permissions
Fullcast Import Permissions
Fullcast Motion Permissions
Click Object Settings.
Click the corresponding Object (Accounts, Opportunities, and so on) to view the configured permissions for that object.
