Enable Multi-Currency toggle: This option displays currency data in Fullcast when it is toggled on.
Note
This option is toggled on by default if you are connected to Salesforce and the system detects that multi-currency is enabled in Salesforce. If you are connected to Salesforce and multicurrency is enabled, you cannot toggle off multi-currency in Fullcast unless you disabled multi-currency in Salesforce.
Import Currency Data toggle: Toggle on to import currency data from Salesforce, when toggled off you can manually add and update active currencies used in Fullcast. This does not impact currency data in Salesforce.
Minor Unit Rounding dropdown: Select the decimal point you want to round currencies to that display in Fullcast.
Currency distinction: Indicates the corporate currency and the user selected currency from Salesforce. All transactions and commissions are calculated with the corporate currency, but the user currency is shown by default. If a user currency is not set, the corporate currency displays.
Corporate Currency: Set by the company in Salesforce for the company currency.
User Currency: Set by the user in Salesforce as the user preferred currency.
Note
If you do not have currency data set up in Salesforce or are not integrated with Salesforce, the corporate currency must be provided by the system where your user records (people records) are imported. The user currency can be determined by another integrated system (such as your HR system) or you can manually set the user currency as a field on the people record and select Currency Iso Code as the Known Column Type.
Active Currencies table: Displays all currencies that are active and that display in Fullcast. If Import Currency Data is toggled off, you can manually manage currencies in this table, otherwise currency data is imported from Salesforce.
Starred currency: Indicates the set corporate currency.
