Document groups organize related documents under a single group. Create, edit, archive, or unarchive document groups.
Before you begin
The default recipients for documents in a group come from the people assigned to the Teams-module hierarchy node where you create the group. Before you create a document group, set up your Teams hierarchy, move people onto the correct nodes, and click Commit to save the changes.
Create a document group
Go to Documents > Manage Documents.
Click New.
Complete the following fields:

Type a descriptive name for the document group.
Category
Optional. Type a category and hit
Enteror select an existing category from the dropdown.Description
Optional. Type a description for the document group.
Click Continue.
Add documents to the document group.
Edit a document group
Update a document group's name, category, or description after you create it.
Next to the document group, click the menu ⋮.
Select Edit.
Update the Name, Category, or Description.
Click Save.
Archive or unarchive document groups
Next to the document group, click the menu ⋮.
Select the option as appropriate:
Archive: Makes all documents within the document group inaccessible to recipients.
Unarchive: Makes all documents within the document group accessible to recipients who were sent documents.
