Before users can access the Fullcast AI assistant, model context protocol (MCP) integrations, or AI-assisted audit log analysis, a Tenant Admin must enable AI features in Application Settings.

Steps to enable AI features
Go to Settings > Application Settings > AI & Agents.
Toggle Enable AI Assistant Features on.
Enabling the toggle activates the following features for your tenant:
Fullcast Assistant — an in-platform chatbot that answers questions about territory management, quota settings, lead routing, commissions, and more.
MCP server access — connects external AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Agentforce, and Cursor) to Fullcast data.
Audit log and error trace interpretation — AI-assisted analysis of audit events and error traces to help diagnose configuration issues.
