Draws let RevOps and Comp Admins guarantee a rep's income during a ramp period — paying a set amount each commission period before the rep's pipeline generates enough commission to stand on its own. Fullcast Pay handles the payout and, for recoverable plans, automatically recovers the advance from future earnings.

Draw plan types
You choose the type when you create the plan:
Recoverable draw — Advances are tracked as a balance owed and recovered from future earned commissions once the rep out-earns the draw. Standard for new-hire ramp.
Non-recoverable draw — The fixed advance is paid every period regardless of what the rep earns, and it's never recovered, so it adds to whatever commission they earn that period. This is different from a guaranteed minimum (see Guaranteed Commission below), which only tops up a shortfall rather than paying a fixed amount every period.
Plan components
A draw plan is assembled from components. You pick one pay mechanism and optionally add supporting components:

In the plan builder, Draw Advance and Guaranteed Commission are mutually exclusive — adding one removes the other from the component menu. Draw Recovery appears only on recoverable plans.
