Once you log in to Salesforce, configure the tenant id:
Go to Setup > Custom Metadata Type.
Find Fullcast Policy Setting and click Manage Records.
Find Tenant Id and click Edit.
Type the Tenant Id the Salesforce Instance is connected to.
Note
To find your tenant ID, log in to Fullcast and click on the user menu in the top right corner.
Click Save.
