Enable Account Trigger Flag:
In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Custom Metadata > Manage Records > Fullcast Setting.
Select Edit on the Fullcast Setting.
Click the checkbox to enable the Account Trigger flag.

Enable Account Territory Routing:
In Salesforce, navigate to the Fullcast Policy Setting.
Select Edit for the Enable Account Territory Routing option.
Set the Field Value to True to enable Territory-based routing for accounts.

Map Account Fields:
In Salesforce, navigate to Fullcast Policy Setting.
Click New.
Create a record as show in the figure below:
The field value of Label is fio_id which is a mandatory field for mapping.
Enter “RouteAccount” in the Model Name field.

Information:
For Account Territory-Based Routing between Salesforce and Fullcast, Custom Metadata field mappings must use "RouteAccount" as the module name. "Label" defines the Fullcast field for hierarchy, and "Field Value" specifies the corresponding Salesforce Account field. Accurate mapping is essential for proper routing.
