Territories

Territories in Fullcast center around your market segmentation. Our robust rules-based engine allows you to define and implement segments easily. As you carve territories, you can view snapshots of KPIs and visualizations to understand the balance and equity within each segment. You also have the flexibility to make exceptions and manually move accounts as needed. With Fullcast as your source of truth, these moves and changes can be made quickly without needing to submit tickets or wait for CRM admin processes.


Quota

As you build your territories and teams in Fullcast, you can align quotas and engage in top-down and bottom-up quota-setting processes. Monitor your performance against these goals and adjust quickly to stay on track. 


Capacity

Fullcast’s capacity planning features are powerful in two key ways. First, we make it easy to track the ramp schedules of your employees, giving you an accurate understanding of your total effective headcount. You can create to-be-hired and to-be-replaced assignments in alignment with your hiring plan, accommodating changes in the field such as employee departures or team changes. Second, fullcast offers robust scenario modeling, including Effective Headcount and Carried Quota models. These models can use your current quotas and headcount as inputs, helping you create and actively manage your capacity and hiring plans. 


Coverage Assignments

Fullcast allows you to easily assign reps to territories and track their start and end dates, which is critical for accurate commission payments. You will always have a complete record of who covered an account at any given time, helping you avoid the costly default of overpaying commissions.
