In this video, we'll guide you through managing Plans in Fullcast.
Video: Switching, Editing, Duplicating Plans and A Few Key Settings
When you first log into Fullcast, you'll see a screen displaying all the Plans available in your company's Fullcast instance. Each tile on the screen represents a Plan.
Switching Plans
To switch plans, simply click the "Switch Plan" button from within any plan on the Manage Plan screen. The plan you have most recently been in is indicated by a checkmark and the blue "Selected" button.
Exporting Plans and Data Sync
One plan will be labeled "Exporting." Changes committed in the exporting plan will be pushed into your CRM during the nightly data sync. While you must select specific plans to export, all plans will receive daily imports of fresh data.
Editing Plans
On the Manage Plan screen, you'll find three dots in the corner of each tile. Clicking these allows you to edit plan details, including the name, description, and filters for importing data from your CRM. You can also filter people, products, and determine which plans are enabled for export.
Duplicating Plans
You can also duplicate plans, which is useful for scenarios like planning for a new fiscal year. Cloning an existing plan allows you to make changes before implementation.
Auto Rerun Rules
Finally, there are settings for auto rerun rules, which continuously evaluate account changes and automate tasks such as proposing account allocations to specific territories. This is one of the most powerful features of the Fullcast platform.
