Application settings reference

The Application Settings page — also called tenant settings — controls default grid and details panel fields, people search fields, licenses, fiscal years, industry taxonomy, targets, and AI features for your Fullcast instance.

  1. Go to Settings > Application Settings.

Default Fields

On the Default Fields tab, review the following sections and make changes as needed.

Data Grid  

Configure how much data displays in the tables for territories, teams, and products. Configure the following fields:

Field

Description

Maximum viewable rows

Type the number of rows of records you want to be available as a default in the table. This setting impacts load time. The maximum limit is 9999.

Default Grid Fields (Territories, Teams, Products)

Select one or more fields you want to display as a default. Recommended: Select fields that are part of your GTM design.

Details Pages  

The Details Pages settings control which fields appear and which fields you can interact with on the details screen for Accounts, Employees, and Products.

 1. Click the tab for the entity you want to configure: Accounts, Employees (people), or Products.

 2. Complete the following fields:

Field

Description

Linking Field

From the dropdown, select the field your users click that opens the detail view for that object. For example, if you select Account Name, the account name becomes an interactive link in the table that redirects users to the details view for that person, account, or product.

Logo Type

The type of logo that displays in the grid view. Select one of the following:

  • Static Logo: A fixed, unchanging image that represents your company or organization.

  • Field-Based Logo: A logo that is based on the data in a specific field, such as the customer name.

    • Logo Source: From the dropdown, select a field that contains the necessary information to populate the logo image. For example, Website for account will populate an image based on the website URL in that field.

Primary Header Field

From the dropdown, select one or more fields to display next to the object's name in the details panel view.

Primary Sub-Header Fields

From the dropdown, select one or more fields that display under the primary header.

Secondary Fields

From the dropdown, select one or more fields that display in the details panel view.

People Details  

Configure the following options:

People Search Fields: Select fields you can use to search for users when you create role-based coverage assignments in territories or teams.

TBX Duplicate Fields: Select the fields you can use to create TBx placeholder assignments. For example, Manager Name, Country, User Role Name, or Title.

Licenses  

View the following information:

Description

Purchased Licenses

Displays the total number of licenses you have purchased for use.

Number of licensed Users

Displays the total number of users consuming available licenses.

License Report

Click to download a .csv file that provides detailed information of each licensed user in your Fullcast instance.

Account Families  

Toggle to enable the Show Parents Only option at the top of the table in the territories module.

Industry Taxonomy  

Select the checkbox to enable the Fullcast Industry Taxonomy functionality.

Targets  

Select the checkbox to allow targets for inactive users.

Time Periods  

The Time Periods tab is where you define the fiscal years available in your Fullcast instance.

Fiscal Years

To add a fiscal year:

 1. In the Name field, type a name for the fiscal year.

 2. In the Year field, type the year you want to add the fiscal year for.

 3. Click Save.

Example of a new fiscal year named FY21 added for 2021.

AI & Agents  

On the AI & Agents tab, in the AI Assistant section, you can toggle to enable AI features including the AI assistant, model context protocol (MCP) integration, and AI-assisted audit log analysis.
