Fullcast’s Industry Taxonomy functionality allows you to use NAICS codes to build custom industry definitions. When you enable the functionality, it will pre-populate a hierarchy based on the standard Bureau of Labor Statistics Super Sectors. You can then customize the industry taxonomy to use in your GTM plan rules.
Before you begin
Configure entity and field settings so that you have identified the account field which will serve as the known column type for NAICS code.
Enable Industry Taxonomy in the tenant settings.
Add, edit, or delete an industry node.
Nodes added to your Industry Taxonomy is hierarchy-based (Super sector>Sector>Industry>Code). Certain fields cannot be edited depending on where you create an industry node. For example, if you create an industry node under a super sector, you will only be able to fill out the sector field in the Add Node menu.
Go to Industry Taxonomy > Manage Taxonomy.
From the hierarchy menu, select the node where you want to make changes.
