Access Chatter in Gmail/Chrome
1. Click the Ebsta button in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click Chatter.
3. This opens up your Chatter feed. You can comment and reference posts and create new ones from here.
Create Chatter posts against records in Salesforce
1. With a record open in the Ebsta bubble, click the arrow next to Chatter.
2. This will open up all Chatter posts related to this Salesforce record. From here you can create a new post against this record.
Add links to Chatter from a web page.
1. Click the Ebsta button in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click Chatter.
3. This opens up your Chatter feed. Click Add Link.
4. Ebsta will pre-populate the Link Name and Link URL. Complete the post and click Share.
5. The Chatter post will be shared with the link.
