Requirements: Connection of an account to Ebsta requires Administrator rights in Ebsta and MS Office.
A service account can come disconnected if its configuration is changed or if the password is on a rotation policy. You will need to re-connect your service account to Ebsta if you receive an error message under your service account details by following the steps below.
- Click Manage Account.
- Click Office 365 OAuth or Exchange (on premise).

- Sign in as a Microsoft Administrator for the Tenant.
- Click Accept to give Ebsta Permissions. The service account connection requests the scopes shown below.

- Once successfully reconnected, the error message will disappear and be replaced by a green connection symbol.
