Re-connect Gmail service account to Revenue Intelligence

Requirements: Connection of a service account to Ebsta requires Administrator rights.  


A service account can come disconnected if its configuration is changed or if the password is on a rotation policy. You will need to re-connect your service account to Ebsta if you receive an error message under your service account details by following the steps below.

  1. Click Manage Account

  2. Click Gmail.

  3. Upload your JSON file for the service account, enter a mailbox as a testing address and click Connect.
    GmailService2.jpg Note: The Impersonation Email Address should be the email address of a valid mailbox and not an alias address. The mailbox will not be added or synchronised but will be used to validate the impersonation permissions the service account has.
  4. Click **Confirm.

  1. Once successfully reconnected, the error message will disappear and be replaced by a green connection symbol.
