Requirements: Connection of a master account to Ebsta requires Administrator rights.
For the transport of data to and from Salesforce Ebsta uses a master Salesforce account, typically an Administrator account. If that account becomes disconnected, through password rotation for example, the account can be reconnected or changed by following the steps below.
- Click on the following link:
https://secure1.ebsta-webservices.com/ - You will be taken to a login page. For normal connections click Connect or to connect a Sandbox, click Connect via Sandbox.
- Enter the username and password of the Salesforce account you want to connect and click Log in.
- Your Salesforce account will now be re-connected to Ebsta.
