To ensure we are looking at the correct email, you may need to provide us with the message ID in Gmail.
Find the message ID in Gmail
- In Gmail, when viewing the relevant email, click the down arrow and select Show Original from the drop-down menu.
- Click Copy to clipboard and forward the information to us.
