- Edit Page layout, go to "Related lists" and drag the reporting junction object that connects to the object you're looking at.

Click on the wrench icon to edit the fields presented, add over the appropriate fields, and click "OK".
*Salesforce restricts this to 10 fields.
Save the layout
This will now be added to the standard related lists on the object's lightning record page.
