Ebsta enables you to integrate with Slack so that teams can share links to and Insights of Opportunities in the pipeline from within Ebsta's Console.
Enable Slack Integration
- Open up the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link and sign in with your Salesforce credentials:
https://console.ebsta.com - Click Settings in the top right-hand corner and select Integrations.
- Click Connect under Slack.
- Click Allow
- Once connected Ebsta will display a green tick icon underneath Slack.
Using Slack from Ebsta
Once connected, in Forecast Insights when viewing an Opportunity you will notice the Slack icon displaying in the Insights sidebar.
Click on the icon to open up the Send to Slack window. Select who you wish to send to and input a message if required. Click Send.
Along with your message, the recipient will receive the key Insights related to this Opportunity including deal name, owner, close date, deal amount, deal stage, engagement score. They can also click to view this Opportunity within the Console.
