Note: Ebsta offers users the choice of adding the email attachments to the Notes & Attachments section in Salesforce or, if you are using Lightning Experience, to Salesforce Files. To adjust your set up, please refer to the following article:
Customize Ebsta's Add Email to Salesforce
1. Click the Advanced Add button within the email body.
2. Ebsta will relate the email to the appropriate record in Salesforce. You can amend this as necessary.
3. To add the attachment to Salesforce, click on the attachment title so that it turns green and click Save.
4. The email will be added to Salesforce in the usual way, the attachment will either be added to the Notes & Attachments section or Salesforce Files depending on your set up.
