Add Activities & Opportunities to Salesforce in Gmail/Chrome

Requirements:

• Install Ebsta Inbox into Chrome
• Connect your Gmail mailbox to Ebsta

1. With a record open in the Ebsta Bubble, select which Activity type you wish to add to the record, or select to add a new Opportunity.  

2. Complete all the required fields and click Save.  

3. You can view the newly created Activity or Opportunity in the Bubble.
