Access Salesforce Templates in Gmail

Requirements: Install of Ebsta into Chrome & mailbox connected to Ebsta:

Install Ebsta into Chrome
Connect your Gmail mailbox to Ebsta

1. Click the Email Templates button in the compose panel.
   
2. This will open the Salesforce Templates pop up window.
   If you haven't already put a recipient into the 'To' field in the compose panel, you can select a Contact or Lead from Salesforce using the search function.  
3. Select the template you wish to use from the list. (Click the down arrow to select a template from another folder).
   
4. Ebsta will merge the related Salesforce fields and pre-populate the template into Gmail.  You can make any adjustments to the text and then click Send.
