View targets in detail

Prev Next

The Targets Detail View gives you a fully expandable hierarchy of every target in your plan — from the top-level revenue goal down to individual reps — in a single screen. Use it any time you need to verify allocations without clicking through multiple nodes.

Before you begin

  • You must have a plan open with at least one target configured.

  • You need Manager or Admin access to view and edit targets.

Switch to detail view

By default, Fullcast Plan displays the Summary view, which shows only immediate child targets. To see the full hierarchy:

  1. Go to the Targets tab in Fullcast Plan.

  2. Select a target from the list.

  3. Click the Display Options control in the top-right corner of the targets grid.

  4. Select Detail.

Display options menu with detail view selected in the targets grid.

Fullcast saves your view preference. The next time you open Targets, it defaults to whichever view you last used.

Explore the hierarchy

In Detail view, the grid shows your full target tree. Each row is collapsible and expandable:

  • Click the arrow next to any row to expand it and see its children.

  • Click the arrow to collapse it.

  • Columns display target values broken out by time period. Use the column headers to identify the period each value represents.

Act on a target from the hierarchy

From any row in Detail view, click the three-dot menu (⋮) to access actions for that target:

  • Edit target details

  • Add a note

  • Adjust

  • Recalculate

  • Apply relief

  • Delete

At the grid level, you also have access to Audit Logs, Import, and Export.

Add and search notes

Notes are available in both Summary and Detail view. A note indicator appears on any row that has a note attached.

  • To add a note, click the three-dot menu on the target row and select Add a note.

  • Notes are searchable — use the search bar at the top of the Targets page to find targets by note content.
