# Saved Views and Email Distribution - Opp Health - 01.26.20

## Overview

Now, in the Opp Health tab in Atrium, you can save customized views to answer specific questions about your reps' pipeline and set those to email out at set cadences!

## Details

In an effort to give you more control and flexibility over what you most want to see when reviewing opportunity health in your pipeline review or 1:1 meetings, we've added the ability to customize view of the Opp Health tab and to distribute those views to the team or to individual reps.

Now, when you navigate to the Opp Health tab in Atrium and make edits to the individuals you're looking at or the filters you're using, you'll automatically see the option to save your current configuration as a new view:

You can also choose to save a new view via the three-dot menu on the top right-hand corner.

All previously saved views are accessible by clicking on the down arrow next to the current view's name.

In this way, you can have different views to answer different specific questions around pipeline and pipeline health. Further, you don't even have to log into Atrium to access those views, because you can also set any of them to email out, the same way you're able to do with dashboards.

In order to schedule a saved view of the Opp Health tab to email out, you just need to navigate to the three-dot menu, select "Edit Email Preferences", and then configure those preferences.

## How to Use It

You may want to use this feature to create pipeline hygiene reports - quickly identifying opportunities in "Poor" or "At Risk" health - or to check in on your forecast by limiting to certain close dates, stages, and forecast categories.

You could also create a report to identify opportunities without a next meeting, or opportunities where the prospect hasn't sent an inbound email communication in several days to highlight areas where you want to take specific actions.
