# New Filters - 09.04.19

## **New Filters in Atrium!**

**Overview:** We have added new data filters to metric cards so you can segment data based on additional information. These new filters will help you dive deeper into your team’s trends and make your dashboards more insightful.

** Details:**

We heard from you that you’d like additional filters on Atrium cards, so we have added several filters to cards so you can see more of your Salesforce data in Atrium! This will help you to dig deeper into insights and rep behavior by showing additional data points that provide more information about your reps' performance trends. When adding cards to Dashboards, these new filters will allow you to customize what set of data you are looking at so you can select what is relevant. For example, you may want your 1:1 dashboard to include the Pipeline card filtered to only show pipeline with a Close Date of this quarter and next quarter and subdivided to show the amount of pipeline in each Forecast Category. Or, you may want your EOD Standup Dashboard to show how many of your Tier 1 & 2 Accounts have been touched so far this week on the Accounts Touched card. These added filters allow you to further customize cards and dashboards in Atrium to deliver the information you need to effectively manage team performance.

**New filters include:**

**Account Type**: Emails Sent, Meetings on Calendar, Accounts Touched, Contacts Touched per Account, Contacts Touched, Touched per Account, and Untouched Accounts

**Account Tier**: Meetings on Calendar, Accounts Touched, Contacts Touched per Account, Meetings Created, Contacts Touched, Touches per Account, and Untouched Accounts

**Close Date**: Meetings on Calendar, Untouched Opps - New Business, Opportunities Owned, Pipeline, and Stuck Opportunities

**Forecast Category**: Opportunities Owned and Pipeline

**Industry**: Accounts Touched, Contacts Touched, and Untouched Accounts

**Opportunity Sales Stage**: Accounts Touched, Contacts Touched per Account, Untouched Opps - New Business, Days Between Opp Touches, Opps Advanced - New Business, Email Engagement Rate, Stuck Opportunities, Opportunities Created, and Contacts Touched

**How to Use:** Once you are on a card in Atrium, navigate to the lefthand column, under the "Filters" dropdown, you will see an option to "Add Filter." Once you click that, you will see a dropdown field showing the filters available for this card. When you select a filter, it will add the filter to the card. You can repeat this process for as many of the available filters as you would like. After you have added a filter, you can either filter out specific values for this card to narrow down the data you are looking at or you can toggle the "Split Graph By" radio button to subdivide the graph by these values and you will see the legend along the X-axis of the graph.

**Custom Mapping Account Type and Account Tier**: The Account Tier filters requires a custom mapping because this is not a standard field. You are able to add your custom mapping in the Admin Tool. To do this, hover over your name in the upper righthand corner of the homepage. From the dropdown, hover over "Company & Salesforce Settings" and click on "Salesforce Account Mapping." You will see the mappings here for your Account filters. Click "Edit" next to the field values and select the dropdown for Account Tier and Save.
