Introduction to KPI cards

KPIs cards are the foundational data units in Fullcast Performance. These cards provide instant clarity into your sales motion by moving beyond manual spreadsheets and into real-time, data-driven coaching.

The foundation of performance management

Because KPI cards are the primary data source for the platform, they power every other feature you use:

  • Dashboards: Curate collections of cards to build specialized views, such as weekly stand-ups or monthly business reviews.

  • Goals: Set performance targets directly against KPI cards to track progress and attainment automatically.

  • AI insights and alerts: The platform monitors your cards and sends notifications if your data shows significant trends, dips, or anomalies.

Effort and activity metrics

Effort cards track your leading indicators. These represent the daily actions and controllable behaviors that build your future pipeline. While you cannot always control a "yes" from a client, you can control the volume of outreach that leads to that answer.

  • Focus: Volume and consistency of daily or weekly output.

  • Examples: Total Calls, Emails Sent, and Meetings on Calendar.

  • Benefit: High activity levels today are the most reliable predictor of revenue tomorrow. Monitoring these metrics ensures your team maintains the volume required to hit future targets.

Selling efficiency and quality metrics

Efficiency cards measure the velocity and quality of your sales process. These metrics show you how effectively your team is turning their effort into results.

  • Focus: Conversion rates, process speed, and deal health.

  • Examples: Average Sales Cycle, Win Rate, Average Sales Price (Deal Size)

  • Benefit: These cards help you pinpoint friction points in your funnel where deals may be stalling or falling through so you can optimize your team's workflow.

Results

Results cards show your lagging indicators. These metrics represent what you have already achieved and are the final score of the effort and efficiency work tracked in the other categories.

  • Focus: Total revenue and organization growth.

  • Examples: Bookings, Win Rate, Number of Wins

  • Benefit: These are the primary metrics for evaluating the overall health and ROI of your organization and are the standard for reporting to executive stakeholders.

Custom metrics

Custom metrics allow you to tailor Fullcast Performance to your organization's unique KPIs. These cards enable you to automate manual calculations and integrate your specific sales methodology—including custom Salesforce fields—directly into the platform's AI-driven analytics.

  • Focus: Organization-specific KPIs and bespoke performance indicators.

  • Examples: Call Connects, MEDDPICC Score on Open Opportunities, and Expansion Revenue.

  • Benefit: Custom metrics ensure 100% coverage of the indicators that matter most to your business, removing the need for manual spreadsheet tracking and allowing your team to focus on acting on real-time insights rather than calculating them.

Gong cards

Gong cards pull behavioral data directly from your conversation intelligence platform. These metrics sit between effort and efficiency—they show you not just that your team is talking to customers, but how they are interacting with them.

  • Focus: Call quality and tactical execution.

  • Examples: Talk ratio (%), tracker mentions (such as competitors or pricing), and interactivity score.

  • Benefit: These cards help you identify soft-skill gaps and coaching opportunities that standard CRM data might miss, allowing you to refine messaging based on real-time market feedback.
