Fullcast Performance integrations expand your visibility into your reps’ and teams’ performance. An ideal Fullcast Performance setup integrates the CRM, email, call, and notification systems already in use.
This guide outlines the integrations currently available with Fullcast Performance and how to successfully set up each one.

Salesforce

Salesforce is the required CRM for Fullcast Performance, and many Fullcast Performance metrics rely on or are made more powerful by Fullcast Performance’s access to data from the “Account” and “Opportunity” objects in Salesforce. It's worth noting that Fullcast Performance does not adjust or alter any data in any way, the CRM data is simply mirrored.

Fullcast Performance connects to Salesforce via a read-only OAuth connection. Fullcast Performance is not a managed package, nor can it write to Salesforce.

Integrations steps

  1. Login to the correct Salesforce account that will be used for the integration.

  2. Login to the Fullcast Performance account that has the corresponding email address with the integration user. If an Fullcast Performance account with the email necessary has not been set up, please contact the Fullcast Performance Support team at support@atriumhq.com.

  3. Click the following link - http://app.atriumhq.com/auth/sfdc-login

  4. A prompt should appear that confirms the SFDC integration was successful!

  5. If the confirmation does not appear, chat or email Fullcast Performance Support at support@atriumhq.com for confirmation.

Email Domain/Calendar Activity

Email and calendar activity data help to enhance Fullcast Performance metrics with quantifiable rep activity. The email domain being integrated will also be used to login to Fullcast Performance.

There are 3 ways Fullcast Performance can pull email and calendar data: G Suite, Microsoft, and Salesforce. Please follow the steps below for your preferred method.

Salesforce

Integrations steps

    1. Determine which field on the “Task” object in Salesforce is used to identify emails.

    2. Based on the above, determine which “Type” values represent emails.

    3. If a third-party platform such as Outreach or Salesloft is used to send emails that are then auto-generated as tasks in Salesforce, take note of the integration being used.

Send an email to the Fullcast Performance Support team at support@atriumhq.com with all of the above information. Salesforce email integration requires Fullcast Performance Support to process internally, but once an email is sent expect a swift response with confirmation and when data should be reflected! Here's an example email -
