Overview

Fullcast Performance customers can purchase Fullcast Performance Seats using either an Invoice or Credit Card Payment. All new customers will see a "Buy" button in the navigation bar, which will allow you to purchase Fullcast Performance seats in our Credit Card Portal. If you would prefer to purchase Fullcast Performance Seats using an invoice, please contact your Fullcast Performance rep or contact sales@atriumhq.com

Current customers will find a "Add Seats" button in their navigation bar.  If your organization has purchased seats using a credit card, this will allow you to purchase more seats in the Credit Card Portal. If your Fullcast Performance contract is on an invoice, this link will prompt you to contact sales to help you add additional seats. 

Why It's Important

Fullcast Performance's in-app Credit Card Portal allows teams to purchase Fullcast Performance seats and get up and running in their Fullcast Performance instance quickly!  

How To Use It

New Customers

If you are new to Fullcast Performance and would like to purchase Fullcast Performance seats using a Credit Card, you can select the "Buy" button

This will take you to Fullcast Performance's Strip Payment Portal, where you can select "Update Plan" to purchase seats.

Select either Monthly or Annual Billing

Select the number of Fullcast Performance Seats you would like to purchase.

Next, you will be prompted to enter your Credit Card information and complete the payment. 

You will receive an email from Fullcast Performance confirming your payment. Once payment is complete, a member of our team will be in touch within 24-48 hours to help complete setting up your account.

Adding Licenses to Fullcast Performance

If you would like to add additional seats to Fullcast Performance, you can do so by clicking the "Add Seats" button in your navigation bar.

This will take you to Fullcast Performance's Stripe Payment portal, where you will see your current payment history. Select Update Plan to add additional licenses.

Add as many additional licenses as needed.

Note: The quantity will reflect your TOTAL license count. 

Once you have added licenses, you will see the new total renewal amount that you will be charged on the next bill date and the prorated amount for the current billing period.

You will receive an email confirming your payment.  Our team will be in touch within 24-48 hours to provision your new licenses.
