If the Fullcast motion package workflow lightning app is not configured correctly in Salesforce, you will encounter an **Access Denied** error when trying to access it.

> [!CAUTION]
> Warning
>
> Accessing both the app and any Motion package workflow in Salesforce concurrently in the same browser is currently not supported.

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> Make sure the step-by-step instructions have been followed for [setting up the Assignment based workflow](/v1/docs/salesforce-integration-requirements) using the Motion Package in Salesforce.

- Validate if the latest GTMs have been exported from the app to Salesforce
- Validate if the account record is related to a territory before using the workflow to act on accounts
- Validate if the user who is accessing the Assignment workflow exists as a user in the App
- Validate if the user is a tenant admin or if a normal user an active assignment exits in the segments module
