Fullcast has limited integration with your ServiceNow data model.

Supported functionality

The ServiceNow integration is a scoped application (equivalent to a Salesforce Managed Package) and focuses on core planning and compensation features. It does not yet support policies like routing and holdouts.

Data Model

The data model for Fullcast import and export jobs include both standard and custom objects.

GTM team table

ServiceNow does not have a native Account Team object, Fullcast created a custom table called GTM Team table within the scoped application to manage these records:

  • GTM Team table links to the Fullcast GTM record. All people assigned to a territory, team, or product where the role is enabled for export will be linked with the node in which they are assigned to.

  • It avoids scalability issues seen in Salesforce (where pushing millions of account team records causes performance drag) and ensures the table is always available regardless of the customer's specific ServiceNow configuration.

Implementation

ServiceNow with Fullcast is not yet a self-service integration, contact your CSM to implement:

  • Import (ServiceNow > Fullcast): Manual Configuration Required.

  • Export (Fullcast > ServiceNow): Standardized export pushes relevant data to the tables in the ServiceNow scoped application. You can then build workflows in ServiceNow to take that data and populate it elsewhere.
