Roll up a bottom-up target to refresh the totals at a parent node so they reflect the current values of every node beneath it.
Note
Adjusting values at a lower node does not automatically change the totals at the parent nodes above it. Roll up the target to bring those totals current.
When to roll up
After any manual or ramp adjustment to an individual person- or territory-level target.
Before reviewing summary numbers at a parent node, to confirm they reflect the latest changes underneath it.
Roll up a target
Find the bottom-up target you want to roll up.
From the targets list, or from within the target, click Actions > Recalculate & Rollup.
From the left menu, select the node or nodes you want to roll up to. You do not need to select every individual node — selecting a higher-level node, such as All Teams, includes every descendant node beneath it.
Toggle on Roll Up.
Optional: Toggle on Effective Date to schedule when the roll up takes effect, then select a month.
Click Update Target.
