# Raw Table Chart

# Create a Raw Table chart

A Raw Table chart displays flat data rows from your selected data sources. Use this report type to extract, view, and audit CRM record details. Raw Table Charts may be added to [Documents](/plan-and-pay/docs/add-a-document#add-reports).

1. In the **Chart Title** field, type a unique, descriptive name for your report.
2. From the **Entities** panel on the left, locate the table you want to query. You can use the **search** bar to filter the list if you have numerous tables.
3. Click the arrow next to your chosen entity (for example, **Opportunities** or **MRR**) to display its individual fields.
4. From the expanded fields list, drag the items you want to see as columns and drop them directly into the **Columns** box.
5. **Optional:** From the expanded fields list, drag items into the **Filters** box to narrow down the data rows.
6. From the **Filters** row, select an option under **Operator** and enter your desired criteria under **Value**.
7. Click **Plot** to generate and display the final table preview.

**Tip** If you need to clear all selections, filters, and fields from the configuration workspace to start over, click **Reset**.
