Create a Raw Table chart

A Raw Table chart displays flat data rows from your selected data sources. Use this report type to extract, view, and audit CRM record details. Raw Table Charts may be added to Documents.

Raw Table configuration fields

The raw table user interface consists of a data selection panel on the left and a configuration workspace on the right. Use the following options to define your report layout and data inputs:

Field or configuration option

Description

Entities

A sidebar list containing all available data tables, such as Activities, commissions, or Opportunities. Click the arrow next to any entity name to expand its available fields.

Chart Title

The display name of your report. This field defaults to "Untitled".

Columns

The workspace area where you drop fields to include them as columns in your final report.

Filters

Source: the field you will use in the filter.

Build a Raw Table chart

  1. In the Chart Title field, type a unique, descriptive name for your report.

  2. From the Entities panel on the left, locate the table you want to query. You can use the search bar to filter the list if you have numerous tables.

  3. Click the arrow next to your chosen entity (for example, Opportunities or MRR) to display its individual fields.

  4. From the expanded fields list, drag the items you want to see as columns and drop them directly into the Columns box.

  5. Optional: From the expanded fields list, drag items into the Filters box to narrow down the data rows.

  6. From the Filters row, select an option under Operator and enter your desired criteria under Value.

  7. Click Plot to generate and display the final table preview.

Tip If you need to clear all selections, filters, and fields from the configuration workspace to start over, click Reset.
